After weeks of careful thought and numerous discussions both internally and with current and past ASD Mob members, as well as other people in the Formula D community, we have decided to not admit any new members to the ASD Mob program for 2013. There are a number of reasons for this decision, and we feel it only right to share some of those with you.

2011 ASD Mob member Jason Jiovani took his LS powered 240SX and won the annual Holly LS Fest drift event held this past weekend. He faced some stiff competition, but emerged the victor when the tire smoke had settled. Congrats to Jason and J1NRacing for a great result!

ASD is now taking applications for the 2013 ASD Mob program. There have been a lot of changes the 2nd half of the 2012 year with ASD, and there are some major improvements to an already awesome Mob program for next year! “The 5th and final round of the Evergreen Drift Pro-AM championship was held last weekend during the Evergreen State Fair. For us, this was going to be our first real round of competition after sorting out many different issues with the car during the season.
Practice went really well, the car was running perfect and our Falken tires were making tons of smoke. Evergreen drift holds”
